---SUNDRE RODEO---

Cutting & Working Cow Horse to take place Friday at 5:00 pm ONLY.   Please be available to help out were needed.  Please email Nicole Bazley OR Katie Squair and let them know where your able to help out.  We need a timer, an annoucer, help in the back sorting cattle, and someone to help remove cattle out of the arena.

Entrance- Please use the entrance near the Joko's Convenience Store and Gas Bar

Parking- Parking is not permitted behind the large grandstand on the west side as there is another event happening on Friday and they will be using this space for parking.  You can park on the North and East side of th arena and around the track.  Please do not park directly behind the timed event end - it will be roped off!!

No horse stalling or power for trailers - Please do not put horse in the stok stalls as we need them kep free for stock.  Self-penning is permitted, please do not pile manure, leave it spread around.

Rough Stock - Both goes will be on SATURDAY!  There are no rough stock event on Sunday.

We are a small committee so anyone that is willing to help with gates, timed event stock, etc.  We would greatly appreciate the help!

  • Rule Reminders:  Know your Alberta Rules that are on the website and the NHSRA rule book.  Alberta rules can be found under “Forms”.  NHSRA rule books are available from District Secretary

    • If you need clarification on a specific rule ask your event director or one of the executive. 

    • Reminder to wear back numbers and be in proper western attire while competing and all helpers in the arena must also be in western attire.

Turn-outs must be in 48hrs prior to rodeo or fines will appy!!! 
ONLINE SIGN UP:  Make sure your entry is correct before you send it in.  If there are errors, you will have to call in on entry night to correct your entry.  Also, make sure you save your confirmation email.  If there is an issue with your entry this is what we need to correct it. There is more info on the online entry system under INFO.
