GRAD SETUPS
-
Grad set up policy changes.(2008)
(re-worded May09)
-
AHSRA
national director and the NHSRA have reached a decision to accept set ups
for the graduates and their immediate family members.
-
These
setups are for siblings only and not for escorts.
-
The
graduating contestant must fax a letter from the principle or school
authority on school letterhead requesting a set up to the education
coordinator and central entry person 2 weeks prior to the grad date.
-
This
letter must include the date they and immediate family members require the
set up (day you require both runs/rides) and must include the names of your
siblings who will need the set up as well. (The siblings may be either hs
or WD).
-
The
Graduating Contestant MUST be entered in order for siblings to receive a set
up. Siblings DO NOT receive a setup for NON COMPETING GRADUATES.
-
If
your letter is not received by the education coordinator and central entry
person 2 weeks prior to the grad date the set up will not be possible for
the grad or immediate family member.
The board
accepted this policy on June 12, 2008.
